The individual is responsible for assisting members with questions and needs around the plan they are enrolled in, understanding the benefits, and helping them maximize the benefits of their plan.
The ideal candidate will have Advanced English skills, be willing to work from on-site in Santiago, Dominican Republic, and have Dominican ID or work permit.
