Customer-focused English speaker that can assist new and existing customers in understanding the range of plans, help identify the best plan for their needs, and help close the sale. The member service agent position is a front-line representative of the call center. The right individual for this job should be highly motivated and experienced in inbound sales.
The ideal candidate will have Advanced English skills, be willing to work from on-site in Santiago, Dominican Republic, and have Dominican ID or work permit.
